Cruise through famous movie locations such as Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark, and The Descendants.

You will marvel at the dramatic views of the ranch with its lush foliage and colorful birds, local wild boar, turkeys, and Nene geese. We will even pass by remnants of the old Hawaiian settlements. This tour is jam-packed with adventure and one you will want to relive all over again.

Historic Farm Lands, Ancient Structures

Embark on a remarkable journey through an ancient land division called Ahupua’a, where you'll traverse from the majestic mountains to the breathtaking ocean. Drive through gardens that exude fertility, while marveling at the Hamakua sunfish swimming in the fishponds. Along the way, you'll be treated to a display of dwarf coconuts, breadfruit trees, kukui nuts, sugar cane, taro, sweet potatoes, and an array of heirloom bananas. You'll also have the opportunity to see the historic Hamakua ditch, an engineering marvel that has sustained the sugarcane industry for over a century. Today, this remarkable feat of engineering continues to benefit farmers and wildlife alike.

Amazing Wildlife

As you ride along, look for Razorback wild boars, graceful turkeys, and the beloved nene geese in their natural habitat. As we descend to the lower grasslands, we encounter the Kona Nightingales, a rescued herd of miniature donkeys that once played a vital role in the coffee plantations of yesteryear.

But our adventure doesn't end there. Looking over the water, you can witness majestic humpback whales in their seasonal migration as they share tender moments with their offspring in the warm Pacific. Marvel at the acrobatic displays of spinner dolphins as they frolic and play with their families.
